SEDC Helps Promote Saratoga County

SEDC has been the primary point-of-contact for more than 400 successful business attraction, retention and expansion projects. We have helped account for more than 18,500 new jobs, $18 billion in investments, and millions of dollars in annual tax revenue. Because of our ability to “navigate the landscape”, SEDC advises clients through incentive negotiation, infrastructure needs, site selection and local and state government.

For SEDC’s promotion and retention efforts to succeed, we have partners with shovel-ready land and appropriate infrastructure to accommodate businesses considering Saratoga County as a location for their next capital investment.

SEDC works to identify qualified projects for any applicable state and local investment programs. SEDC coordinates with the relevant funding agencies, offering programs to give you a more reliable sense that your relocation or expansion in Saratoga County makes financial sense.

SEDC is the only stop for your incentive negotiation needs including Industrial Development Agencies, Utility Companies, Empire State Development (ESD) Programs and Federal Programs, workforce recruitment including customized training programs, and serve as an industrial development agency liaison.
