SEDC is excited to bring you a new, user friendly website to enhance your Membership/Stakeholder Experience! Below, please find a brief Q&A to help you understand how our new website can serve you better!
Q: What are the features to the new website?
A: Our new website is hosted on the GrowthZone platform, which integrates both a database and website. Member/Stakeholders now have the ability to update their company listing, add a logo to the directory page, and obtain access to exclusive information for Member/Stakeholders.
Q: How do I login?
A: You can login by visiting the home page and clicking Member Login icon. Or you can take a shortcut by clicking here. If your email address is in the database, you will be prompted to complete your profile. If you receive a message saying there is no user found, please email keithv@saratogaedc.com.

Q: Can anyone in my company update our listing?
A: No. Each user has a designated role within the organization, which sets their permissions. The primary contact has full access, with the billing having access to the billing information (paying invoices, updating billing information, etc)., and the marketing contact has access to updating the marketing information (website, logo, etc). A standard user can update their individual profile, register for events, and have access to Member/Stakeholder information.
Please note that all primary contacts of the organization are set to User-Primary (full access) and all other contacts are set to User-Standard by default.
Q: How do I set these permissions?
A: Your primary contact of the organization has access. If you are unsure of who that is, call the SEDC offices at (518) 587-0945, as we are happy to assist. Please note that multiple people can be the primary contact and have access to full permissions. If you are the primary contact and do not receive a welcome email by Monday, April 14th, please call the SEDC Offices at (518) 587-0945.
Q: Do I need to login every time to register for an event?
A: No. As long as your email address is in the database, that is all you will need. If you receive an error message, please email keithv@saratogaedc.com to quickly resolve.
Q: Is there a directory? If so, can I update the listing?
A: Yes and yes! The directory can be found here. We encourage Member/Stakeholders to use this when looking for all your business needs. If you are the primary or marketing contact, you will be able to update your profile.
